  • Assisting and supporting Executive for day to day operations
  • Perform administrative duties such as travel arrangement, organize appointments and agendas, expense claims, documentation, etc
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, business partners and external parties
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from any major
  • Min. 1 year experience as Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, in both Bahasa and English
  • Flexibility and easy to adapt to a range of different tasks
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast environment
  • Well organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to do business travel
