- Assisting and supporting Executive for day to day operations
- Perform administrative duties such as travel arrangement, organize appointments and agendas, expense claims, documentation, etc
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, business partners and external parties
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major
- Min. 1 year experience as Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant roles
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, in both Bahasa and English
- Flexibility and easy to adapt to a range of different tasks
- Comfortable working in an extremely fast environment
- Well organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Willing to do business travel
